Physical items available for order include printed guides and branded merchandise. Shipping details and costs are shown at checkout.

4. Orders and Payment

5. Refund Policy

We value satisfaction. This section describes options for reimbursement.

5.1 Legal Services

Due to the personalized nature of our advisory work, reimbursements are not available once project work has begun. If you cancel at least 48 hours before a booked session, any deposit paid will be reimbursed. Sessions may be rescheduled up to 24 hours before the start time without extra charge. Late cancellations are ineligible for reimbursement.

5.2 Digital Products

For digital courses and templates, you may request a reimbursement within 30 days of purchase, provided you have accessed less than 20% of the content. Submit your request via contact form. Approved reimbursements are issued through the original payment channel within 14 days of approval.

5.3 Goods

If a physical item arrives damaged or defective, notify us within 14 days for a full reimbursement, including shipping. For non-defective items, requests within 14 days are eligible provided the product is unused and in original packaging. You will arrange return shipment unless otherwise agreed. Approved reimbursements are processed within 14 days after we receive and inspect the item.

6. Scheduling and Transfers

You may transfer a scheduled advisory session or workshop to a new date by notifying us at least 48 hours in advance. Transfers within 24 hours may incur a fee. Transfer requests should be sent via contact form.

Our guidance and materials do not guarantee specific outcomes. We disclaim any liability for your actions based on these resources.
